Just use gel or glue if you already have it. It's just double sided tape. Nothing really special about it. Carpet tape that isn't overly thick would work too.

Hello Bro, I have tried replacing the bloated battery of Samsung a71 5g, with the purchased battery from Viimon. After setting it up and checking that my phone can be turned on, I completed putting adhesive. So when I turned it on battery showed 6% charge, then after a bit it went to 1%. Therefore, I started charging the device with another charger of mine, from there on, I started to observe irregularities. First, I tried with fast charging, and it was going well till 15-16%, then I put back on the sim tray and immediately phone shut off and showed 0% battery. System suggested to use original charger to fast charge the device, and when I did, it got stuck with 1% or 2%. From there on, I tried with multiple chargers and all and saw that battery charge even goes down while charging. I even tried with disabled fast charging, but the result was pretty much same. So do suggest me if this issue is related to system compatibility or the battery is bad? Please do reply if there's any possible fix to this or atleast the root cause of the problem. Thanks.
