How to remove oxidation i clean cpu well and all balls are shiny but when reballing there are some balls not fixed in place i use mechanic paste but i dry the solder past does it effect or not

В основном пустышки, а одну непустышку он заметил.... Правда не использовал востановитель пятака. Автор не использует нижний подогрев, отсюда и результат
