how to make sure the battery is original ?
My phone has the volume screen on and will not shut down, I can't get it off. Thought taking the battery out would help but I'm not doing all this.

À l'inverse des modèles anciens maintenant le changement de batterie ne peut être fait que par un professionnel. C'est pour vous inciter à acheter un autre smartphone... bravo samsung, c'est pas très écologique...
