The Afghanistan reference refers to his Afghanistan Withdrawal. It was a twenty year war that he withdrew all members in a day. They left billions of dollars of our equipment to the insurgents that we were fighting, 13 soldiers died, people that worked against the government there were left behind to be executed by their people. We had to privately fund old veterans to go rescue as many as they could because they refused to send anymore evacuations from our military.

The issue with Britney Grinder has to do with who she is. She's a basketball player that speaks out against the government. She was traded for Viktor Bout. One of the most deadly people in our history, secured over 700 intercontinental ballistic missiles for our enemies. Now that he's free, more than likely that people will die because of that decision. We're happy she's home, but we know what she cost. Not to mention that they left USMC Paul Whelon there, a soldier that has been held in their prisons for four years.

I will have to disagree about Griner. It's cool though that we see it different - thats all good. Broken down simply: Did she break the law? Yes. Was she serving a sentence related to the law she broke? Yes. So what's the problem? If a tourist came to America and broke the law here, wouldn't you expect they be tried fairly and given a sentence/punishment commiserate with our laws? Just cuz our laws allow marijuana, doesn't mean that other countries have the same leniencies. In Thailand, you can pay services for 12 year old boy prostitute. Should that be allowed here just because you can do so there??? In some parts of the Middle East you can legally stone a woman to death for extra marital affair. Should we be held to the same standard just because another country has that law? No of course not. So the same is true that we can't allow our laws of permission to automatically hold sway in other countries. We cannot judge another country's laws and consequences on our own. That's no different than judging them for their cultural, religious or other beliefs. It comes down to personal responsibility. We allowed a dangerous criminal to escape justice, and enter back in to society to bring someone back who 1 - legitimately broke the law,. and 2 - has a history of heavy criticism and hate on the very country that she asked to bring home. If that ain't some epic BS, then I don't know what is. But back to the song - yea Samson spazzed on this with some great bars. 46 = 13 references #46 president, and # of American soldiers who lost their life and was left behind in Afghanistan by the reckless actions of the current administration. 2 different issues - 2 diff but connected songs - that's the reason for the change in flow etc. And isn't it a shame you don't know anything about those American soldiers and how they paid the ultimate price for your freedom, but Griner was on the news for days an brought up every single week. They weren't bombed by their own people. They were abandoned when #46 ordered a withdraw from the area before securing it. The 13 were just left behind.

Not only did we give them an arms dealer in exchange for a WNBA player who hates her own country, we did nothing for the Marine currently sitting in a Russian prison for his service for doing his job. He's the hero, but is getting left to rot. That's what people are so pissed off about. The whole thing was such a freaking joke that even Russian news services are laughing at us. I saw the program segment here on KZread - with English subtitles. Now that you know all of this new information, are you still happy with what went down? Are you really gonna take the position of "screw that US Marine hero, the America hating WNBA player is worth more to us cuz she's.... " what? Or do you now see that that was all-around fůcķęd up? Oh, and Griner wasn't innocent. She DID "do shịt". It may not be a big deal to us here. And we may disagree with Russia's law, but that is no excuse for ignoring and breaking that law. Try telling a judge and jury how much you disagree with the laws against... well, anything - drug dealing, manslaughter, arms smuggling, stealthing, graping, counterfeiting, embezzling, scamming, etc. It was their law and she broke it. Did I want her to spend 10 in prison? No. Did I feel obliged to save her from that? No. She hates this country and will continue to do so no matter how much she benefits from being American. We were upset about the trade because we didn't get the former marine that's been over there for four years. There are others in Russia too. We were also upset because she openly said she hates America. She refuses to stand for the flag and says the US is oppressive.

People are mad because he traded the arms dealer for her but left a US marine over there. He could’ve easily traded the arms dealer for both of them.

Trump had set up a withdrawal from Afghanistan. When Biden got in, he changed most of Trumps things but left the withdrawal in place. They then proceeded to evacuate the base of military personnel first leaving every one else flapping in the wind. The 13 soldiers were defending the airbase but the rest of our soldiers were mostly gone. Some Taliban attacked and blew up the soldiers as we were trying to evacuate. Afghanis were hanging on the outside of our planes leaving (and then fell to their deaths). The Taliban took over so fast that we abandoned a whole bunch of weapons (including tanks and helicopters). Biden then went to the service of those soldiers and kept checking his watch. That is one way the story is told and, IMHO, is close to what happened.

As for Griner, why was she more important to get back than Mark Fogel? He taught school for our military and embassy kids in Russia. He was arrested for possession of medical marijuana and was sentenced within 30 days of Griner FOR THE SAME THING! But he got 14 years hard labor...
