Yes I did used this route 2 times in last month and It's a pleasant experience especially when you have tried old regular road where often you face heavy traffic till Shikrapur and sometimes even till Shirur. Where as using this route other than city traffic only annoying traffic is till Chakan. Thanks for your video it will guide many other people.

Indeed.
Asegaon Exit(Nr Dhamangaon rly) bhi le sakte hai. Thoda lamba but prefferable hai,acchi quality road hai.

This BPCL petrol pump before Sinner interchange, does it accept Card payment ? Because I heard they only accept cash. Please clarify.

We paid via UPI and I guess they accept cards as well, we saw attendants having handheld machines.
I see you have Nexon.. is it petrol or diesel… if petrol, how much litres petrol will be required to cover 860kms … i have nexon petrol BS6

Yes, there are Police at entry, they stop to inspect the car tyres condition before the Samruddhi Mahamarg entry.
Pune to Digras - Google map always shows me to use Aurangabad exit to Samruddhi and not Sinnar interchange stating tolls and petrol fill be economic. Can you clarify is it true

When I checked, it showed me both options, Sinnar one is showing 9h 20min, Aurangabad one is 10h. Yes toll wise Sinnar one will be higher as you will be covering more distance on Samruddhi Mahamarg. But time wise it will be faster with less traffic.

As of now we have seen only EV charging stations, but CNG pumps will be available in the near future.
