Something for everyone! Lovely quilt. I like square quilts just fine. They are especially nice for wheel chair quilts, kid quilts and picnic quilts. A 50-60" square is kind of my go-to for Linus donations. I basically make a giant 9patch...fun fabrics for solid blocks alternated with 5 pieced blocks makes a quick and easy project that doesn't look like an 'old lady quilt😅.

I don't like square quilts either. I haven't ever seen a square bed, so, no square quilts at mynhouse. Love your new videos. Please continue with them. I have been sewing since age thirteen and i'm 92 now. Keep up your excellent lessons. Love them.

Great layout Carol with a very good explanations for the layouts and the cutting. I don’t have the Accu quilt system,because of the expense on top of my purchases of fabrics seem so expensive. I do enjoy cutting the block’s pieces probably the best of the whole process. Thanks for sharing your layout. 👍❤️😊

I really enjoy the cutting part too! I try to use AccuQuilt as much as I can but it still requires the rough cuts. After making a test block, I prefer to cut the entire quilt before starting the sewing. Have a great weekend!

I didn't list the blocks because I just grabbed them from my large stack of Block of the Day blocks. I was looking for blocks with fabrics that coordinate with the center block. Any blocks you use should look fine. Thanks for watching.

How about Trip Around the Center Medallion as the quilt name?
