Finding great samples aka crate digging is not the same as sampling work aka chops and sample flips. Timbo only has one of those techniques + he would literally claim in lots of interviews that he "didn't use samples" so theres that too

Zero G also made the samples for a lot of early house tracks (like what is Love) and if I'm not wrong, also the sample for ginseng

My guess is that you would pay royalties to Zero G, since you're using his song, not Timbaland's one, as a sample, and face a plagiarism issue from Timbaland and Missy, since while they sample the same song, it's their melody.
