Mom beats your ass. When dad comes home from work you get the real ass whoopin. Depending on what I did even grandpa might come with some slaps or just give me the hour lecture lol. After that I’m a good boy for the next few weeks. Honestly church was the safest place but you still get slapped if you fall asleep or don’t know your place with the elders. The culture is so strong most of America will call it abuse. It’s not though. It’s tough love. I never got my ass kick from my parents without my pops giving me the hard talk about life. Don’t wanna get to teenage years and still making childish mistakes. As an adult the consequences get worst. Gotta learn young
