They were still fake muscles. I decided to never ever use steroids after I met Kevin Levrone OFF steroids. He was no bigger than me. That's when I realized how fake the drugs are.

The first Samoan bodybuilder to enter the Mr. Olympia. He also won the Masters Mr. Olympia in '95 which higlighted his career. Enormous physique and real legend of the 90s, who also competed against a Young Ronnie Coleman (0:55). In 2000 he was arrested on allegations that he would have assisted an Australian drug lord Tony Mokbel to import coke from Mexico into Australia. He spend three years in prison. In 2004 he passed away from cancer.

Hmmmm. So I know NicroVisionMotivation did this video as a tribute to Sam's recent passing(RIP) and kudos to them for this.... However; I just about to make a comment about showmanship/salesmanship in regards to Sam and bodybuilding(in the 90s and ESPECIALLY TODAY) when Arnold JUST said(when Sam placed 6th) that he needs to bring(i.e SELL) his PERSONALITY..... 💯% Nailed it on the head If there's ONE lesson that 90s bodybuilders(the lesser known ones) AND bodybuilders of TODAY(who cares) is the ART of SHOWMANSHIP AND SALESMANSHIP. Case in point.... 90s era PRO WRESTLERS. DIDN'T MATTER how BIG(physically)you were if you didn't know how to SELL SELL SELL SELL yourself to the FANS/PROMOTERS/JUDGES wether you were the one of the good or bad guys. Sam was a beautiful Man with a physique to match, no question. AND!!! He was RIGHT THERE ON THE STAGE NEXT to some of BEST BODYBUILDERS OF ALL TIME Unfortunately , like Arnold says coming to the end of the video...."the personality" has to come out MAIN PROBLEM with the sport of bodybuilding TODAY..... NO salesmanship/showmanship RIP Sam
