Samoa Joe has now reached potential creative control but to be honest he would be more influential in Ring Of Honor if they finally decided to use that brand as a show similar to NXT. Regal was instrumental in his behind the scene roles to the success of NXT and Joe still has some left in the tank maybe we’ll get him vs Roman if he did return and then have him transition to commentary, but he could do so much when he’s ready to retire from in ring comp especially with his relationship with Triple H and Regal if he’s for sure returning.

I wish Joe the best and I think he was a victim of bad timing. I feel like a lot of stooges used Triple H's health scare as one last hurrah and power grab before the affair scandal led to Vince leaving. Now Triple H is back and widely regarded as a great creative lead and it's heavily rumored William Regal will return. I think Triple H had a very clear vision for what he wanted in the company and his health scare led to that vision crumbling. Now that he's back and better than ever I see him reassembling the core team he wanted to use in order to push his vision forward, and I look forward to seeing how creative develops.

It’s crazy when company’s choose what’s hot vs loyalty and they pay for in years later in the long run . I’m not saying it’s ok to get held back cause of loyalty . I’m saying if the result is one of the greatest things ever starts to become mediocre it’s because someone somewhere up to that point let things slide - or go unchecked . You need people who epitomize certain principles. Loyalty , respect , trustworthy , understanding, loving etc . If you pick people based on material things , trends then you fall once their value leaves the market .
