My mom and dad met in the 8th grade. They got married. on my dad's 18th Birthday. They will be married 67 year's this. year on his birthday. They still live in our house. It'65 year's old. My brother's and i are so proud of them.

I was married for 28 years when he unexpectedly died two years ago. This in no way takes away the love i have for him, but moving forward i did meet someone. I wasn't looking, he found me. He is the Love Of My Life. This is for you. My Dennis ❤️

This song is so special to me. I met my husband 25 years ago i was 33 and had been a widow. He has been such a wonderful dad to my 2 boys . I was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer 5 years ago, went through grueling chemo, radiation , surgery and more chemo and he was there for me every step of the way . I'm widowed two years and met someone new. It was instant for the both of us. We're long distance... I'm in Michigan and he's in Kentucky. I moved back home because my daughter was pregnant with my first grand baby. He had a brain tumor ten years ago and it's back. 😢 He's having stem cell treatments and it has shrunk a lot, but it stopped, but at least it's not growing. I’m so happy to hear this!! I’m 58 and marrying the love of my life next month in 4/24/24! He has been my best friend for 34 years and has kept me alive when I didn’t want to be after my ex abducted my 4 children and turned them against me. My guy has always been by my side and always stood up for me and wants me to be secure and happy for once in my life. Unfortunately, we have to elope. I sure will be sad not having my children there, but they are adults and nothing I do has ever worked to get them to love me again. I’m praying that marrying my best friend and the man that loves them like I do, then God will finally grant me the blessings of being reunited with them all.

I've was diagnosed with MS 16 years ago. I move about in a wheelchair now. It's a painful and tough disease for sure. But, my husband of 33 years is there for me 24/7. He bathes me, feeds me, dresses me and takes me outside for walks (pushes me in my chair). I have a life worth living. This song reminds me my feelings for him. After all these years together, he is the love of my life and definitely the reason I'm alive!

I wish I could someone that could love me. My girlfriend that has been living with me for the past 5 months now is leaving me because she is tired of me because I'm crippled and in a wheelchair. She broke up with me and she found another man that's not crippled and she is now moving out of my house. I feel nothing but sorrow and emptiness each night I sleep in an empty bed all alone. Soon she will be gone forever and I'll be alone again living in an empty house

@@jon2849 he had a hemaragic stroke back in 2018 and he survived it but he was weak from one side of his body . He was speech impaired but I understood him very well. I gave him a very comfortable life after his stroke he was well taken care of . I now find that I miss him so much .

My lovely lady stacey and i recently got married june 3rd. It is the 2nd marriage for both of us. Im 65 years old and shes 60 years old. This song has so much meaning. We both experienced unhappy first marraiges and we both thought that we were destined to be single for the rest of our lives and then one saturday, an emergency visit to the dentist for a bad tooth, I met this beautifull lady, who lucky for me, was easy to talk to, and by the time i left the the office i had her phone number. That was four and a half years ago. When i asked her for her hand in marriage and she accepted we thought of songs for our wedding and this one by sammy kershaw turned out to be the song. Its words have so much meaning and it was the grestest feeling dancing to it as i looked into her beautifull eyes. God has blessed us both by bringing us together to share a wonderfull life. It feels so good to be in love.

I think in the past five days I’ve watch this video about 500 times at least. And Christmas Eve I lost the true love of my life… I’m finding it hard to get through every day without crying. This was our song. I know he’s in heaven watching over me and someday I will meet him again I am sure of that… You never truly lose your soulmate🌹🙏

I am 63 and met my wife and a few mths later I had a knee replacement she was by my side helping all she could , then a few mths later a coma by my side daily and the back to her house bathed me loved me , back injections , then an ankle fusion we married last Jan 2nd and our love grows stronger every day . I'm 24 almost 25 and before my papaw passed away in 2006 he told me," if your gonna play country music, play the good stuff. Nothing without feeling or meaning otherwise your wasting your time." He was right and to this day I prefer Johnny, Waylon, and the older music to today's country.

This song helped me beat Alcohol addiction. I listened to it in the ICU unit going through some tough times. Doctor told me had I continued on for another day or two I wouldn't be here. It literally dropped all my level from Potassium, Magnesium, Sugar levels, extremely high blood pressure lips turned blue face broke out into scales. Very scary situation. There's certain songs that touch you they reach out and grab you and this song did.

My wife were married 51 years. God sent her to me in a dream . I couldn't see her face. It was the suit she was wearing. Dreamt it at 14 and 18. On our second date she came out wearing the same suit. I knew then I would marry her. We dated 3 months and were married. She was my first and I was her first. She was the love of my life. There is no one else for me. I lost half of me when I lost her. I am writing a book for my children about our life together. We were almost 21 when we married.

This song played at my wedding in the background as we were saying our vows. In a little chapel outside Gatlinburg Tennessee. It was called Cupid's chapel of love, we got married their July 25th 2000 and we're still going strong with four grown kids. Sad news was the chapel burned down in that terrible fire 4-5 years ago on Gatlinburg. They never rebuilt it

We had this. Rare love of our lives. This would have been ‘our song’. We both finally knew what true love was. It was magical, and dreamy. He was the one. He said I was the one. He dumped me for someone better. I’m happy that he made a decision for himself, to live happily ever after. As for me, I’m wondering if I’ll meet another true love? Or am I destined to be alone? I just don’t think my heart 💔can handle yet another rejection. And, my love for him is so strong that I can’t imagine even trying to meet another man and focusing my love to another. I tried to meet another man, but it felt like I was cheating on my true love. Even though he went off and picked someone else to marry. It crushed me, I thought it would be me. I’ll always be grateful that I felt true love 💕 in my lifetime. ❤💗💕💞💘
