@@cliffordjackson3 Yep. Makes sense. MJF also doesn't want it being a fatal 4 way since he wouldn't need to be pinned to lose the title so it benefits both of them in the end. Sammy just has to get past Darby which may not happen since they won't do heel vs heel. At least I don't think they would.

Mjf and Sammy the entire storyline had a storyline where he replaced Sammy as Jericho's favourite and everyone thought he was jealous and he probably was a bit but he mostly just didn't trust him, rightfully it turned out. They feuded the entire time lol

@@MrSiahgold The only angle I can possibly see that works for this is Sammy is trying to play MJF to get the title from him, but exactly zero people are ever going to believe Sammy Guevara is smart enough to fool MJF In reality it's probably just a ploy to get some of the go away heat off Sammy by associating him with MJF, but it's probably just going to end up hurting MJF more than it does anything to help Sammy. At this point he is an anchor to anybody he is tied to.

Personally, that style of wrestling completely turns me off. Judging by the stagnant tv ratings this year for aew I’m not alone either. This match for example they could have done a much better job selling. All those big moves and it doesn’t even look like they got in a real fight. No red chest marks or anything, that’s telling the audience the hits must feel like pillows. The guys aren’t even breathing hard or anything which is what you’d do in a real fight being hit. They really need to work on selling

Because they're not finishers for these wrestlers. Just because someone else uses a move as a finish doesn't mean it's a finisher for everyone else who uses it.
