@@injanhoi1 Like many great, smartly written shows that failed ratings-wise on many big networks , the execs never trusted the creators (or their viewers) to deliver something viewers would like, so they kept moving them around timeslots (Programming Hell) and then blamed it on the show. Think Mr. Show, Arrested Development, Get A Life, etc.

His IMDB page has a long series of TV and movie credits, so resorting to robbery or transvestite assault has never been a consideration. This all fits in with Judd Apatow's plan for revenge against NBC after they canceled Freaks and Geeks: make sure every cast member becomes big in Hollywood so that we'd all look at the cast and say, "Man, this show was loaded with future stars! Those NBC executives had to be morons to cancel it!"

Nobody knew who the fuck he was. The problem was an 18 episode season (11 which aired) spread out through 55 weeks and with changing timeslots. I loved this show when it was on and was always annoyed i coukd never find it

I love this kid. He's brilliant, just like his character on the show... who I always thought was way too clever to be "geeky." Neal liked nerdy stuff but he was sharp and cool as it gets. :)
