Now who would’ve thought that these two leftovers, #KuahLodeh and #SambalUdangPetai could unlock a new recipe?
#HariRaya is just around the corner and I'd like to share with you guys some #recipes you could whip up for your family and friends using leftovers. The first leftover dish we're using is Kuah Lodeh which is commonly served during Hari Raya, and we're repurposing it into #Lantong, which is a combination of Ladna and Lantong served with Kuah Lodeh. Next, we’re going fusion by mixing Malaysian with Italian flavors, #SambalUdangPetaiPasta, which turns out to be match made in heaven, absolutely delicious 🤤

Sherson Lian kicked off his TV career with (and still is!) hosting ‘5 Rencah 5 Rasa’ on TV3 Malaysia, a cooking show that has been on the air the past 10 years, with 24 seasons and 1500+ recipes and counting!     That’s the idea, coz honestly i myself dislike eating leftovers. So always thinking of ways to reinvent leftovers so it’s not stale. Will keep that in mind, lookout for it yea!!
