Although I was born in the U.S., I grew up in Recife Brazil way back in the 1970's. I don't know anything about this young ladies background, but its her _Smile_ when she is performing the Samba, that makes it 100% authentic.

Even step by step it looks difficult as hell. Love it girl

They have the same move in every song. No matter the speed, they are dancing the same. But why is her dancing so much better than everybody else’s, it’s mesmerizing.
