im stunned
I've seen countless upon countless animations but this scene... will always stick with me. Just wow, superb show.
I like to to think the little guy was happy to have the company, i mean really how many of us can say we were never alone in our whole lives

the music towards the end is so beautiful.
We saw an entire life cycle, being a part of another. I think he picked a "pollen" and fertilized the "egg". It really blurred the lines that define individual organisms, though. Which is just true to nature.

The key sequence works here because the strange biological nature is the point. It fails in Star Trek: Into Darkness because it's overdone.
