Comedies like this would NEVER get made now of days. People actually had a sense of humor back then. Unlike now, where 96% of the jokes would have to be edited out in order to appeal to "woke" crowds.

That's the truth and these films were rated PG-13 which makes it even harder to be hilarious but films like Men at Work (1990), Drowning Mona (2000) and Beetlejuice (1989 and PG rated) we will never see that type of awesome comedy ever again. Same goes for action flicks that are now whitewashed and dumbed down for a PG-13 like those stupid Fast and Furious films, how did we go from Die Hard, Lethal Weapon and Extreme Prejudice to that garbage?

Leslie Neilson such a versatile actor, loved naked gun but the scene where he accidentally keeps knocking Barbara Bush about slamming a door in her face or left his microphone on when he went to the loo hilarious 😂

That first song is so catchy, most people probably don’t listen to the lyrics. But they should! Because it’s not just about the pleasures of conformity and the importance of trends. It’s also a personal statement about the band itself!!

You just had to break through that shell." "mmmm, indeed. So shall we go see his widow? Give her the bad news?" "We drove around to see Mrs Boyle after a quick stopoff to get breakfast"
