+standupmaths if you go for an absolute value it's super high a point. The sign is questionable. It might even be a complex phase.

@@thewhitefalcon8539 depends heavily on the rules of your university. Some have ridiculous rules, some don't. When I did my bachelor, we rarely were allowed to use one anyways, but when we had to, we either got one given to us for the time to keep it fair or were allowed to use any calculator that fit a few simple requirements like not being graphical.
I love how proud of herself Sam looks when you find a troll feature. I'm looking forward to seeing her next disco calculator!
I wonder what would have happened if you took the square root of -1, or (-1)^(0.5). Would John lennon's "imagine" have played? That would be great

+Fematika has to be an even root (2), (4) etc. cube roots work and all other odd ones work as well

This calculator seem funk-tional, the code running it is rock solid and, the bright colours really pop out. Adding a metal frame would be really nice. All in all, a classic calculator for the tau-lented people.

I'm sure she's not taking any suggestions, but it just hit me that the music for 500 and 1,000 should be I'm Gon'a Be (500 Miles). Because miles are awesome, even a thousand of them.

That is awesome! I also really like that there's a Maths Jam event. Great calculator phone case too.
Couple of easter eggs I'd like to see: 9001 - It's over NINE THOUSAND 0118 999 881 999 119 7253 - "The IT Crowd" theme (If you halved Tau) - Perhaps some sort of celebration 82997 - Terminator II theme 420 - Snoop Dog, The Next Episode 42 - Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy theme 88 - Back to the Future theme

Yes, that's true. Not so, however, with 9250624. But when you remove all 6 factors of 2, what's left is prime (144541).
It always makes me happy when I see young people playing around with technology and creating something just because they can :-D

This is fantastic, I wish I'd had this in school. Especially for exams.
I remember when I had to write assembly code in MIPS using MARS for a calculator, then make a CPU in Logisim at the end of the semester that could run the code XD. That was fun!

There should be a special mode that allows you to divide by zero with aleph-null & whatnot. Also, playing something like "Pure Imagination" when you radicalise negative numbers.

I made a calculator during my college degree with a microcontroller. It was really challenging to find a way to solve all the crazy input the user tries to calculate, for example: 2xx4 instead of 2x4.
