This is a live version of the song as covered by The Civil Wars. I hope no ones discouraged by that because this cover so incredibly moving, powerful, and chill inducing. I know I've vidded Disarm (the original version) to Nucky & Jimmy already but this version doesn't feel like a repeat to me.
So its been 2 years since my last Supernatural video. (Time flies by so quickly!) Supernatural was one of my first vidding fandoms and I think as the seasons progressed and as the fandom began filling up with amazing, talented people I sort of lost my own personal foot-holding within the fandom. I figured why do I need to vid it when I can watch talented vidders like Loki, Cait, Briony, Kelly, 404ing etc etc create videos for me, lol. That was a foolish mistake on my part only because coming back to it now I feel so darn rusty. So forgive me if this isn't up to par with you amazing SPN people, and forgive me if this seems more Dean based (I love the boys equally, I really do, it's just I'm more familiar with Dean scenes as a result of vidding Dean/Haley so much). I need to work on familiarizing myself with Sam again. Anywhoo I hope you guys can enjoy this, and I hope it makes you feel SOMETHING for these two or else I've failed.

Holy damn crap that was just sad. Stupid Dean. Stupid Sammy. Stupid me for crying with stupid Dean and stupid Sammy. God those two know how to rip my heart out and just stomp on it. Stupid genius you for showing me all this angst and sadness. All the hugs from season 8 including the mother of all hugs in the finale which I've watched at least a qazzilion times. Then Dean throwing out the amulet which I often wonder if he regrets?? Sam's expression when he tossed it. Love you but dick move Dean.
