I love how you put together parallel scenes, it enhances the idea that no matter how long it has been, their amazing bond is still right there. I found this video after watching the season 9 finale, and it was just what I needed in that moment.

My little sister is 7 years younger than me... I'll always protect her... It's my job. This song is beautiful, perfect for their relationship

Listening to this song, with these brothers, really hit home. There is a 14 years age difference between me and my younger brother, he's only nearly 2 but already I can tell we are completely different yet we are really close. And seeing these two just makes me realise that when he is older, when mum and dad are gone and it's just me and him and he's blaming and screaming at me I will still be there until the day I die to protect and keep him safe and make sure he gets the best out of life. Being an only child for so long I thought I would never have this sibling bond...but as soon as my dad said the 'words do you want to meet your little brother?' And went to the hospital and saw him for the first time, this tiny little human...I knew I would do anything to keep him safe from harm. Long story short...this is a dazzling and emotional video and you are an amazing storyteller.

That's what we do. We fight but we love with all our might! And nobody will break that. My sister's (they are twins) are 6 years older than me, we fight! Throw punches, I cleared the kitchen table jumping over it going after one of them jumped on her back and we were throwing hands until we were tired. Black eyes bloody noses the whole nine yards. But after we went out and had a good time dancing at the club. But if someone talks crap or looks sideways to one of us the others are always there! We can fight, call names but they better walk on by LMAO. It's the way it's supposed to be with sister's! Wouldn't trade them for the world.

Really love this video!! It makes me surprise how big the change since season 1. The only thing that never change is Dean always look after Sam and Sam always love Dean!! Can't believe I follow this show for almost 10 years!! Well done!!!

My mistake!! I just double checked it actually both main characters signed contract till season 10 but the exist of season 11 is based on the rating of the show!!! Hope there will be more seasons then!!!XD

I've watched this so many times, I've lost count. I absolutely adore it. And the song brought me to tears. "You can blame me when there's no-one left to blame. I don't mind." - If ever there was one line to sum up the Winchesters, this would be it. (Also - I've had this one friend since childhood, and I swear, when she gets married [brilliantly enough to our mutual friend, also since childhood - it's a small town] and I'm her best man/woman/thing, I'm totally pilfering from it for my speech. So thanks for that.)

The tough part will be choosing what lines to use. =) Almost every verse works for my friend and I. About planning on seeing the world - amazingly, New York was a specific one on the list - and the part about being the 'crooked one, that you would never have no worth, but you were always gold to me'; she was a bit of a screw up at school. I'm not exaggerating when I say it all works! In the end, I'll probably go with "I'm going to be here until I'm nothing but bones in the ground." =)

Video is just great. One of the best SPN video I've ever seen

I stopped watching Supernatural around the time season 13 came out just because it seemed like it had lost its way; it was a wild ride and it's bittersweet to say goodbye to a show that really influenced my early adulthood. This video reminds me that there was a lot of good in the first half of the series, before it started to travel downhill.

honestly I kind of applaud you that you've managed to stop watching it. It probably sounds horrible, but I just feel that last seasons kind of ruined for me this show and I wish that would've never happen. This show means a lot to me too, but looking at first seasons and at the original feeling of it, it's sad for me how it's distanced from it. I have a video about first 5 seasons on my channel, you can check it out if you like, not like I need a view or like from you, I just think you might like it, because.. well because it's the first seasons.

I've watched a lot of Supernatural Videos, but this is my absolute favorit. Always Gold is a wonderful song and fits the brothers perfectly, and your video, the scenes that you chose... I love it, it really touches me. Thank you!

OMG YOUR VIDS ARE MAKING ME CRY. No seriously, I couldn't stop watching this and crying last night, because of what they've done to Dean in season 10 so far - the whole Deanmon thing is actually depressing because THIS video proves how strong and pure and true their love for each other is (and if Dean never comes back to himself I'mma seriously cut someone.....probably the writers lol). Watching this again today (with season 10 in mind) I just wanna cry all over again. My poor babies. I'M NOT OK WITH DEANMON ASDFGHJKLCN XJHFE. DX

This is so beautifully done. I lost touch with the show after the first few seasons, mostly because my heart couldn't handle the mistreatment or the angst of Dean. But after seeing this, I wanted to see all of it from the beginning. Beautifully done.
