Sam Bailey has such an amazing, powerful voice! I can't believe that she hasn't made it as an international star.

I just listened to the Leona Lewis version and Sam's was, hands down, the most passionate, beautiful and moving rendition. That voice is incredible! Love Sam Bailey!

Most people from these competitions never achieve stardom. I think one of the main factors was her getting pregnant not soon after winning I'd like to think it was a celebratory but it almost felt like her husband sabotaged her. Timing is everything and you have to strike when the iron is hot. Taking almost a year and a half off after winning a major competition was a disaster for her career because by then the next X Factor winner is being chosen. I actually think she has a more well-rounded voice than Leona Lewis Leona Lewis has resonance but Sam has gravitas.

She's a good singer but this was not the best move. In the same way nobody ever should ever sing Mariah, same can be said for Leona.

David Bosquette I feel like u were doing nothing but thinking abt how it was Leona’s song during the performance and as such wasn’t fully engaged in how Sam was doing it.
