I hadn’t built a NASCAR model in 30 years until last fall. I got lured in with the Grand Prix 2+2 and LeMans from Salvinos JR. I liked them so much, that I joined the Model Builders Club AND I now have purchased at least 1 of every kit they have ever offered. No regrets at all! Glad that the club is now over 300 members!

At 54 years old I’ve built model kits most of my life. I LOVE NASCAR and found that building American stock cars is my favorite segment of the hobby . I am elated to see Salvinos JR in business and coming out with new offerings often . I have 7 of their kits and intend to collect all of their offerings! ALSO im so excited to see the next gen 2022 cars coming soon and will have to get more than a few! I would like to commit to the builders club however I am on disability and limited income but will buy what Salvinos kits i can afford.

I love being in the club I had stopped building Nascar models a while back but their models dragged me back into them especially when I was 1 of the Quarantine build off winners. Rick, Chris and Jim are totally dedicated to make Salvinos JR models one of the best model companies around by listening to their customers.

Hi Darrin, I totally agree with you, they are a great company in all respects and I wish them a prosperous future. However all us foreigners are excluded from the club due to licensing with distribution abroad which I quite understand, but I can’t help been jealous about all that inside information. I was previously buying the Salvinos kits through Japan, but I am now buying the kits through a well know decal manufacturer in the States, as shipping is cheaper and they have yet to arrive here in England 🇬🇧.

I've been a builders club member for three months I guess. When I get a kit I start wondering what they have coming next. I hope to stay in the club for as long as I can. Cant wait to see what they do in the future.

A bit of a correction, R2models is doing the old AMT and MPC NASCAR kits in 1/25 scale but not like Salvino's is doing though.

Hope they start releasing some old nascar race cars. Would love to see some options for the late 40`s, 50`s and 60`s stock cars.

Do you pay up front or by the month ? would love to join been building kits since I was 7 years old especially the NASCAR models

I would do the builder's club if the exchange rate was better and it didn't cost so damn much to ship to Canada that is the biggest drawback right now by the time that happens you could be into it for $100. But I am very glad to see that these guys are doing kits and different models than what was around when they first started producing NASCAR kits again in the early 80s.

It was cheaper for me to buy the kit direct from Salvino’s then to order it from a Canadian dealer. Elms wanted $30 to ship it.

Hi new modeler new subscriber just wondering if these guys are planning on making any old ford kits? I saw the Montes the olds the pontiacs are fords in the near future? Or maybe the old 88 buicks like the miller build you are putting out? Just curious.

They absolutely are. They are working on the Chrysler and Ford licenses. Chrysler is the closest to being done and expect a Ford license next year.
