Aww you make me want to move back home to Milwaukee! Been looking to work at a luxury salon in Milwaukee.

I've been open for 12 years and have noticed the shift into stylists wanting to be their own boss. Which I totally understand and encourage. Do you still have commission stylists along with booth renters? Also, what do you charge your booth renters monthly?

I have no regrets but after being in the industry for 30 years I wish I had started my career in a place like this.

Thank you so much 🥰❤️ usually they find me actually! I focus on Instagram and making sure my Instagram is attracting the type of stylist I’m looking for! Also making it easy to know how to apply! Aka having a killer website!!

Just wondering how you take payments from clients, do each stylist take there own payments? As they are on the same booking system I’m unsure how you do that?

Yes! They all use square to process payments through their own account currently although a lot of systems are upgrading to where you are able to checkout through the same system but link multiple bank accounts 😊
