My flock has been plagued by this disease for 2 years now and I’ve been unable to diagnose. And then i stumbled upon this video, this is exactly what has been happening with my pigeons! Thank you so much for making this!

If you had problems for over 2 years i would advice to desinfect the loft a few times because Paratyphoid can hide inside your loft .Only vaxinate your pigeons after a antibiotic cure .Good luck .

My pigeons some day vomiting and droppings green colour what reason for that? I give apple cider vinegar and antibiotic. But still it is not cleared today 13 day of that condition.

Is it salmonella or PMV? They can recover, but will likely have permanent damage.

Oh My God, Ive just watched all your health related videos and am now decided to make a quarantine loft before Ibring in new birds. In the next few days.....I need hens. I do have a temperature controlled hospital loft. But if I have to bring in some hens, Im going to have to make a quarantine mini loft. What a Drag. Vet familiar with pigeons...here...ha ha ha. However, I can order pharmaceuticals and do the vaccination. Seems like I should wrap my head around this. ...Take 50 pigeons to the nearest city to get vaccinated, seems too ironic for words..

Thanks Toni, pigeon malaria isn't a disease I've ever experienced, but I've done some research on it today and I'll make a video in the future, thanks for the tip!

Possibly canker, the throat irritation can make them more thirsty.

I rescued a pigeon with its neck twisted and cannot stand up straight, wing and legs paralyze. not sure whether it suffered Salmonella and sent it to animal shelter. Hopefully I didn’t get samlonalle from him.

You will be fine, the pigeon form of salmonella isn't the type that typically infects humans.

Unfortunately it likely has either Salmonella or PMV and is unlikely to survive 😥

My pigeons like that but it’s eating and drinking but it’s always inside the cage never comes out is that a disease of any sort or is it just lazy

it's good the pigeon is still able to eat and drink. I had a pigeon which is unable to eat and drink by itself so I hand feed it and it's survived..

Hi, Adam, just bought my self pigeon and after a day in my loft started to make breathing noise sounds like a “snore” trough nose,, previous loft it has been fully open and mine is more closed and warmer.. could it be new environment thats got affected on him or is it some sort of cold or illness?? Late reply lol Theres a respitory illness which is caused by air sac mites You may want to check on this or maybe bring the pigeon to the vet

My pigeon cannot eat since yesterday. She looks week and when i examined her mouth there is something brown adhered on the lower part inside. I tried to remove with needle but it cannot be removed. Maybe some kind of infection? Please help😔

It's inside the mouth,at the back of its tounge. Yesterday it was white, now its brown and really u can see it is connected in the flesh. Not a leftover/unswallowed food.

im new to this but that sounds like canker, if you google "canker pigeons" is that what it had? its also known as trich or young bird sickness, it typically wont kill adult birds but ussually young birds die from it.it will look like a peice of cheese stuck in back of the throat.

Again course in Baytril + Spartrix tablets as recommends also no matter how much you clean it isn't clean enough use the best Pigeon Loft cleaner/disinfectant/germ killer available & disinfect those shoes & boots
