Salmon Pie
Hello everyone and welcome to my channel! Today we are going to prepare a delicious salmon patty. It is a very easy recipe. I assure you that you will not regret it if you do it. The empanada is very juicy, very aromatic and delicious!
Salmon Pie
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 gr of sifted wheat flour
- 90 g of butter at room temperature
- 10 grams of sugar
- 2 g (1/2 teaspoon) of baking powder or baking powder
- 350 gr of raw salmon
- 250 gr of Greek yougurt (125 gr for the dough and 125 gr for the filling)
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 5 eggs size L (3 eggs (boiled) for the filling, 1 egg for the dough and 1 egg (beaten) to paint the pie
- 1 onion (sautéed)
- salt pepper
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
