2 apples.
Butter 60 gr / 2 oz.
Sugar 90 gr / 3 oz.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
3 eggs.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
Flour 300g / 10.5oz.
Baking soda 15g / 0.5oz.
Milk 200 ml / 6.7 fl oz.
Mix well.
Add buttered apples.
Mold 27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inches.
Grease with butter.
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decorating.

Les cuento un secreto, que descubrí por casualidad. Hago esta torta hace años. Un día se me terminó el polvo de hornear cuando estaba por agregarlo y se me ocurrió echarle bicarbonato en igual cantidad. Resultado: igual de rica, con una masa color canela !!! Parece ser que el bicarbonato oxida la manzana, de ahí el color. Ah ! Y yo si le pongo extracto de vainilla, no canela porque no me gusta. Saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷!!!
