I was looking for something fifferent to do with Salmon and this fit the bill. Went and bought wood and made it over open fire. The sauce for the fish was amazing!!!! Tha pineapple salsa....WOW! Then put it all together on a heating corn tortilla, all I can say is thank you for posting! My family thoroughly enjoyed!
