Hi pravin, I have heard few cases where candidates were asked to share credentials to check their work. And whoever was not able to provide were asked to discontinue from the company

You just need to provide the documents they ask. And just wait for couple weeks it will be verified and in case is there any problem in verification they will ask you for the details they need. If it’s taking too much time , you can contact them through support number.

@@moolipravallika5119 I don't know like how's my interview went. But I am not selected which means my interview was bad. So yeah It was a bad interview.

Trust me you will regrate after joining this profile, they will overpay you and you will question yourself why you are doing this.....The Management is very very poor....Specially the Training manager and Teaching staff ..

It depends on the kind of Support role you apply. There are different Support pillars like - Dev , Admin , CPQ , Marketing etc. Only in Dev a bit of coding will be required.
