If a user is not able to see the Setup and Developer Console options- 1.Check if the user has the 'View Setup and Configuration' permission enabled in their profile. 2.Some license types in Salesforce do not include access to certain features, such as the Setup and Developer Console(like salesforce platform, salesforce identity licenses) 'Author Apex' check box controls the user's ability to create, edit, and delete Apex code,That's it

This is purely a developer interview for 1-3 years experience, absolutely amazing interview session. Both the Interviewer and Interviewee has extreme knowledge due to exposure which almost 80% of us lack.

I don't think the return URL answer for the Flow is quite right. When you create the button for calling the flow, yes you can pass a "?retURL={Id}" parameter. However that only has access to the data of the record you're calling it from (i.e. the object where you place your button on). The way I've done it in the past is have an LWC component that gets called as the last step and does the redirect. There's also an unmanaged package online that basically does the same thing (it consists of a component that does the redirect). The way I've seen people doing it online is having a link on the final screen of their flow. Maybe I've misunderstood your question though

Hmm..I think it's more accurate to say, one trigger per object trigger event as a best practice..like one each for before insert, before update etc.. is still good..

I can see how the interviewed has problems answering a very EASY question like which one is ordered: List or Set, but he could answer more complex questions from Apex. This denotes que has very little experience in real world projects but he studied a lot of questions and possible ones for the interview. If you do have experience (which for me is more important than answering a question right) you wouldn't even doubt about a list being ordered or not. I would only hire him for a Jr position.
