Brilliant video! Watching all the elements put together with the visualisation description was awesome. Without practice like this the mind doesn't even think quick enough to visualise let alone describe what your imaginary opponent is doing! Advanced drivers use a technique like this for observation training and it works.

Your a great trainer, i can imagine the intense pressure during training especially endurance routines.
I'll try those drills tomorrow at this boxing gym I joined last week. To stay in shape. You have to in your 60s.

The Cuban style footwork I have been implementing has benefited me a lot. Also the Cuban Hooks. Thanks Charles. As an example the The Cuban check hooks might as well be from Mars to most Americans. They never expect it, and the footwork makes them think I’m just going to pivot. They think I’m opening and throw to which I counter with the hook. My friend even told me (Bro, WTF was that? Did you make that up?) 😂😂😂. I told him about your channel. He’s subscribed now. Let’s just say I haven’t been catching him with those hooks anymore.

Thanks Charles Your videos are great But can make videos about training programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced boxers? I know so many drills and condition exercises but I don't how long or how many times a week I should do them or I don't know what to focus on, the basics, the new movement or the condition It would be great if you make videos about that
