Salad "Herring under fur coat"

I prepare traditional Russian salad "herring under fur coat". This salad is usually prepared in Russia on major holidays. I do not just cook and mix it. I prepare and correct salted herring for the salad so that each piece of the dish does not upset the festive atmosphere. Therefore, the preparation lasted for two days: 1st day - preparation of herring, 2st days - cooking and standing of the dish for the best impregnation of dish layers. In the cooking process, I use homemade mayonnaise (see earlier video) and mustard (planned for the future).

RECIPE
"Herring":
650 g salted herring
30 g sunflower oil
25 g dried laminaria
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp a mixture of parsley and dill
¼ tsp mixture of 4 peppers
¼ tsp salt
½ piece bay leaf
Minced herring:
800 g "Herring"
200 g onion
50 g sunflower oil
Dish:
1050 g minced herring
800 g boiled potatoes
800 g boiled carrots
800 g boiled beets
30 g parsley + dill
500 ml mayonnaise
¼ tsp mixture of 4 peppers
