This is a case of gender identity crisis, simply said a transgender case. One cannot undergo this change ( hormonal or otherwise) at the middle of life. Gender identity is a complex sciemce and is determined even before the birth. The child (around 6-7 years) will realize that something is not right when it comes to their assigned gender. He or she will completely experience the mismatch in adoloscent or teenage life. They will know that it is a wrong assignment of gender from their childhood days. It is NOT true that it can happen all of a sudden at 45 yrs of age. This person chose to wait and change to his correct gender till he was 45yrs (commonly called as coming out of the closet). There is no female or male brain. There is difference in brain pattern as said in the video. Also, people need not worry that it might happen to them all of a sudden when they are around 45 to 50 yrs. Complete truth about the gender dysphoria is not shared in the video. I admire that this person is standing up for herself, trying to bring about change in the society and livibg her best life. 👌 i too think that there is no male brain and female brain. What he / she trying to prove this way is scarry for youngsters. This kind of sex orientation is a mental condition happens due to the level of hormones in the body. In puranas one of Vaivaswatha manu's sons- sudhyumna used to become female Ila and used to live like male and female whenever felt like. Puranas recognised this behavior, accepted gender anomalies but strictly discouraged it for the benefit of healthy ethical society code.
