No, it is not. Sako loads also Barnes TTSX and sells those as Powerhead 2. The bullets look externally similar, yet, the internal structure of a Powerhead Blade bullet is quite different.
Don't quit making lead alloy bullets, which are vastly superior.

Modern copper bullets are at least as lethal and more accurate than lead bullets, and are non-toxic to humans and the environment. There is no justifiable reason for using a lead projectile on edible game.
