What exactly is Dizzy's relationship with Sakana? She was there when he was forming gen1 and the way he reacted to Dizzy being hot had the same energy as being asked if your sister is hot.

She seems to have a interesting amount of say in phase if dizzy is to believed. What she said could imply sakana inadvertently created a diarchy where officially he's the CEO but in truth it's a diarchy between him and dizzy with him having the greater power of the two. Edit: I actually worked in a group with a similar dynamic with one of the bosses being the "official" boss while the other guy was on paper underneath him but he was running the whole show and the power balance can switch from time to time but that's only if the working environment is toxic and office politics take over the organization which it did. Tldr as long as phase doesn't have that sort of work environment that dynamic will mostly... work and when it does work it works well.

From what I heard dizzy was from tsunderia as a manager and is already acquainted with sakana prior her debut. So it's basically like ur highschool friend who decides to work in your company, correct me if im wrong tho.

Tsunderia manager. She helped him a lot in the early days, and still to this day helps out. Shiina admitted that Dizzy was her manager for some time, and is pretty helpful to overall phase

Dizzy used to be an upper manager at Tsunderia before Sakana had even created Phase. And when Tsunderia went under, she jumped ship to Phase. She’s been in a behind-the-scenes management position since before Gen 1. Dizzy helped PICK the Gen 1 girls. She’s been there for every gen, every debut, and every expansion.

Dizzy and Airi get the most flack from Fishman but they're also the most breedable.

Yahoo is pretty high up there too, he just can't be as involved as Sakana on an individual talent level due to the scale of Hololive. If you look up clips of him interacting with the girls, it has somewhat similar energy, just through a Japanese culture filter.

From what i can gather, there's not even bad blood between Sakana and Yuri, despite termination. He even allowed her to make a goodbye video and won't profit out from her. Pippa and Tenma have even praised Sakana sometimes.

It's because he's not operating in a Japanese culture where one wrong move gets you smacked down by the legal and political department in the country. Yagoo basically will just smile and react like a father figure, because he doesn't want to give off any vibes that would make haters accuse their company of something bad and tarnishing Cover Corp's reputation. The Japanese Corporate world is very cutthroat, especially in the idol industries. You show too much vulnerability and you get exploited to hell and back.

For the record, this was all started by my marshmallow question Airi read to Sakana during her birthday stream. I was trying to word it in a way to not scare Sakana off from answering the question, so I tried to isolate it to just the character design aspect of the girls. I did not think it would go this far. Sakana could have avoided this if he just listened to the full question first and gave Airi her tongue.
