I wish they included this. Phillipe only had like 3 scenes before his death, so we never got much of his personality. It would have been good to see the smart, civil businessman that he actually is.

I know lol. I thought that Phillipe would have been your final kill of the game but killing him so quickly didn’t sit right to me until killbane took over as the main antagonist is when I truly started loving the game b/c I was already bummed and pissed off at the fact that they had just allegedly killed Johnny off so I still remember after prologue. I was thinking of just not continuing the game but I had waited 3 long yrs for the game to come out so I said fuck it and kept going and actually loved the entire story.

Killbane may have definitely been the better antagonist (and also just the better overall character), but yeah, they really did Phillipe dirty by offing him in the first act.

Phillipe would've been great as a homie. Damn shame get got from the final version of the game. Also Johnny's 4th wall break.

Lin was going to be in Saints Row 4 but she was cut, but it seems her bf Donny made it out in a DLC. Sharpe, her killer was planned to appear as well

Viola was meant to be there... some of her lines survived in the files but they cut her from the final game for whatever reason :/

This makes me want a prequel to the Morning Star. The characters are quite interesting.

Honestly, there’s a lot Volition could do to flesh out the universe. Hell, a spin off title for pre-SR3 sounds pretty good.

The first Shaundi one has me 💀💀💀 But man, I've gotten more Morningstar lore out of this 5 minutes of cut content than I've ever gotten playing SRTT :/ it's a real shame Loren's character was wasted like that. He could have been a sick adversary.

Damn it's crazy how the zin simulation is so advanced that it can copy people's consciousness perfectly so you know this is exactly what they'd say if they were alive.

It would have been cool to have Philipe onthe game cause he has some lore about his connection with Hughes and why Stag almost never attacked the Syndicate. Good old corruption.

MM: “Unfortunately, Mr. Loren, after your death at the hands by the Saints… PL: “Please do not remind me.” MM: “The rest of the remaining Syndicate, Killbane, Viola and Kiki, and Myself, had a meeting to see who would take over in your place.” PL: “That Position should go to The Twins since they were my right Hand.” MM: “That’s what I opted for. However Killbane had someone else in mind. He even hit me with a chair for suggesting that!” PL: *(Sigh)* “I should’ve know That Masked Werstler would’ve nominated himself to lead The Syndicated. Anyways, I want to know what happened to my girls.” MM: “Yes. Anyways, Long Story Short. The Twins hired Hooker Assassins to kill the Saints. Killbane was displeased with their failed attempt. I told the Twins it was a shitty plan. Kiki was annoyed with Killbane’s leadership skills and called him Eddie again. Then Killbane….. Killed Kiki. In Front of Viola! After that, Viola betrays the Syndicate and joins the Saints.

It's cut content. Loren was originally a Homie like Maero and Veteran Child. I think there was more then just him that got cut

Dude, his writing is so fucking good. I wished he didn't fucking die so soon. SR3 would been 100x better

No idea. They had everything in the works of making him a reconstructed homie after Gat's Loyalty, yet for some reason, they just didn't. Him being unlockable after his Loyalty was perfect but eh.
