On 5/9/23, @ approximately 0920 at the "4300 block of Chef Menteur" riding my new Harley Davidson I was hit from the rear L side as the RTA bus veered into my middle lane. The RTA bus never stopped. Two people had witnessed it. I sustained significant injuries to my lower lumbar (two herniated discs) causing severe pain at my R side and pinched nerves. I was referred to a neurosurgeon for further diagnosis and treatment. RTA has maintained their claim that it never occurred. My case is currently in litigation.

Be more specific about what documents they need? Sounds like somebody's dragging their feet on the documents. Maybe some discrepancies and some other questions nobody wants to answer?
