Really nice CNC router, I'm jealous. The fuzzy edges come from using an upcut spiral bit, a downcut spiral bit will give you a much cleaner edge when doing this type of shallow cuts for signs and such.

It is a nice router! I pulled that bit from the kit provided. I have other bits up in the top shop that will be relocated in the new studio.
Very nice. How much power do you think it uses? We are remote in Alaska so power usage is important to me.

At least 3 feet by 4 feet. Bigger would allow for the control box to be placed on the back.
Have you tried aluminium?
So much stuff to drill a hole?😮

In the future I will be using this machine to make signs. A lot more complicated than a hole. Haha
