@MeYa Go They're not mutually exclusive. A siren is an evil mermaid who lures men to their doom. Or in case of a male siren, an evil merman who lures women to their doom.

Loved it! When the sailor didn't react to the 'floating mermaid' I knew he had to be gay, and couldn't wait for the end... which was awesome! :) thanks for some good laughs!

I love the little cameo with the man and his mouse in the box at the end in that photograph. And it goes without saying, but the two sailors being partners is adorable.

In the end credits, they are posing with the siren lady from the cartoon, "Le Pharo," . Yeah I feel sorry for the mermaid;that tank is so restricting! I hope they let her go eventually. Besides, no one can really see her down there anyway! The design of the mermaid was lovely...kind of seaweed type hair and her "finny" gloves. I also loved the details of her marine-elf ears twitching when she hears the boat. Oh...and I want those absolutely adorable glowing puffer fish!
