Gliding across Lake Diefenbaker, powered by the wind in our sails, was a bucket list moment to say the least! Being able to share that experience with my new friend, Ron, was a moment I won’t soon forget. Inspired by his adventurous spirit, Ron gave me a new appreciation for my time on the water. Living Sky Sailing School, based out of Lakeside Marina in Elbow, offers tours and excursions or sailing lessons throughout the summer months. As a retired teacher, owner and instructor David Larwood does an excellent job of sharing his sailing knowledge and experience in a fun, patient and safe way. Beginner or experienced, you’ll have many takeaways as David teaches the ins and outs of sailing. This was my kind of school!!
