Experienced som problems with my windlass and showing how I prepared for the worst case scenario with increasing wind while being alone. Sailing solo in Greece, exploring Zakynthos with a quad and checking out the ship wreck bay from above. Fabio from Valeila sail teaching me how to make Pasta Carbonara onboard s/y Be Free outside of the island Nissos Oxia in the Ionian Sea.

Thank you 🙏🏻 Old habit to always think ahead and have a plan. What does not appear in this video is that the weather forecast changed this afternoon, and could expect 35+ kts wind. Experience last weeks in this waters was that you easely could add 20+ kts of wind to the forecast. But again they where wrong wich I was happy for.
...now that prepartion to drop chain with float attached is pretty damn smart!
