    Very nice remodel. 15 minute gulf access is almost unheard of. For quick gulf access(and no bridges), Western exposure, and a huge backyard, it seems like a steal! It’s a little small, but would be great for someone single or as a second home(not having a pool makes it very low maintenance and a great winter home, IMO). Love the neutral choices the owner picked for the remodel. For me personally, old homes scare me. They aren’t up to current building codes, don’t have impact doors/windows, and you never know what issues are lurking beneath the surface. I won’t ever buy a home less than 5 years old, but that’s because I am a female not handy whatsoever😂 For a guy that is handy, this home is move in ready and already has a lot of value because of the lot(quick gulf sailboat access, million dollar home next door, etc). A lot of new construction gulf access homes have tiny yards behind the pools and they often have a steep slope. This yard is huge and flat, so it really has a lot of potential. My goldendoodles would love this yard! Considering what lots alone go for in that area, I think this is priced well…you will find that perfect buyer👍🏻

    Nice place for me, single no kids nice yard retiring at the end of the year. I am sure this will be long gone by then. just the property is worth this price, I bet that canal is very lively. Best of luck selling but you don't need luck been following you for some time. And you will be the one I will be calling on when I am on my way back missing this area.
