thank you also what size hoop is yours I'm looking to get a bigger one as my one is getting to small for doing most tricks

supergymnastsuzy 13 My hoop may look bigger but it's actually small, 90 cm, but the right size for you depends on both your height and flexibility. As a guide you should be able to sit up straight in it without your head touching the top, unless you're a contortionist in which case smaller is better

Yesterday I broke my hand while doing a dismount and everyone laughed... I fractured my growth plate... I have an appointment to see if I need surgery on Wednesday. Now to think, everyone laughed.

honey, we all know youre not proffessional or probably even any good at lyra so im telling you now and you better listen closely dumbass: sure some of the moves might be easier than others but the work that it takes and strength is not and to do it with grace is even harder, but since you felt the need to tell everyone that they are easy you are just showing that you've never done them before and so obviously know nothing about lyra or circus arts so therefore shut your fucking mouth thanks
