Finally I can rest
I underestimated the size of this project, truly. I thought maybe a month or two at most, but I have been working on this since I last posted-nearly every day for a few hours per day, and now here we are.
The art style kinda changes halfway through where I took like a two week break, but I don’t have the energy to redo the entire beginning just because it looks a bit different.
I wasn’t really going for “story” here as much as it was supposed to be effectively learning how to smoothly transition things in animation and to match things to the beat despite not having the music on hand.
Fun fact, I separated this animation into sections as to not overload flip grid. There are approximately eleven sections, each ranging between eight to twenty two seconds long. I did a frame rate of ten and the total frame count is… 1311! I want to die now!
Now that I have my life back, I will go back to posting pretty regularly. Expect weekly to bi-weekly animations, usually 5 to 20 seconds. I never want to disappear for months like that ever again, so I doubt I will be doing any longer animations like this for a while. That doesn’t mean I won’t do longer animatics though.
