ഇത്ത വിഷമിക്കേണ്ട പടച്ചവൻ ഇവരെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കാൻ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ഉമ്മമാർ ആണ് നമ്മളെ ക്കെ .എനിക്കും ഇത് പോലെ രണ്ട് കുട്ടികളാണ്. എന്റെ 18-ാമത്തെ വയസ്സിൽ പടച്ചവൻ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഏൽപ്പിച്ചതാണ് മോള ഇന്നവൾക്ക് 18 വയസ്സായി മോന് 15 വയസും 7 വർഷം മുമ്പ് അവരുടെ ഉപ്പ അവരെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു പോയി. ഇന്ന ഞാൻ എല്ലാം സഹിച്ചും ക്ഷമിച്ചും മുന്നോട്ട് പോവുന്നു. ഈ ലോകത്ത് ഞാൻ അവർക്ക് തണലായത് പോലെ മറ്റൊരു ലോകത്ത് അവർ എന്നിക്ക് തണലാവും എന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. insha allah

എനിക്കും ഒരു മോൾ ഉണ്ട് അവൾക്കു c p ആണ് . എന്റെ മോൾക്കും ഉറക്കം ഇല്ല 7 വർഷം ആയി ഞാനും എന്റെ ഭർത്താവും രാത്രി സമാദാനം ആയി ഉറങ്ങിയിട്ട്. ആദ്യത്തെ 3 4 വർഷം അവൾ നിർത്താതെ കരച്ചിൽ ആയിരുന്നു അതൊക്കെ ഓർക്കാൻ തന്നെ എനിക്ക് പേടിയാണ്. പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെ കരയുന്നില്ല പക്ഷെ രാത്രി ഉറക്കമില്ലാതെ കരയും എപ്പോഴൊക്കെ യോ അങ്ങനെ ഉറങ്ങും പറയാൻ കുറെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട് എനിക്ക് ജീവനുള്ളെടുത്തോളം കാലം എന്റെ മോളെ പൊന്ന് പോലെ നോക്കും എന്ന് മാത്രം അറിയാം അവൾ നടക്കില്ല ചെറുതായി ബെഡ്ഡിൽ ഇരിക്കും വീണുപോകും. എന്റെ ഒരേ ഒരു ആഗ്രഹം ഞാനും എന്റെ മോളും ഒരുമിച്ചു മരിക്കണേ എന്ന് മാത്രം. എന്റെ കുഞ്ഞിനെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉപദ്രവിച്ചാലോ എന്നോർത്ത് എന്റെ നെഞ്ച് പൊട്ടണെണ് എനിക്ക് ഒരു സമാദാനം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല

Ente oru student ADHD anu, avanum sleeping problems undu. He can’t sleep. Sometimes irunnu thoongi urangum, pettennu veezhinnapole urakkam nettum. Namuk sangadam varum. Pavam kunju, onnurangan pattathath kanumbol. Enik kooduthal onnum ariyathath knd njan avane table urangan try cheyyipichu, but he can’t. He was crying. And after this slowly I tried another method. Whenever I see him trying to sleep I just sit close to him, and tried to hold him and give him a shoulder support to sleep. Alhamdullillah it worked. He only sleeps 5-7mints but that was a good proper sleep. And days passed now he can sleep on the table. I slowly put him down to sleep.Insha Allah next year I will do better. Aleays try something new and one day you’ll get the results. Stay strong 😊

ഉറക്കം ശെരിയാക്കാം.. അത് കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്...എനിക്കും adhd ആണ് ഹൈപ്പർ ഫോക്കസ് ഒഴികെയുള്ള എല്ലാ ലക്ഷണങ്ങളും എനിക്കുണ്ട്.. ഫോക്കസ് ചെയ്യാൻ നന്നായി struggle ആണ്.. ഇതിന് treatment കിട്ടും ഇതിന്റെ മരുന്നുകളിൽ ചിലതിനു ഏറെ കൊറേ coccain പൊലയാണെന്നാണ് കെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് അത് തന്നെയാണ് നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ഡോപമിൻ റിലീസ് കിട്ടാന്നായിരിക്കും ഇത് പോലുള്ള മരുന്നുകൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്.. ആ കുട്ടിയുടെ പേരെന്റ്സിനോട് ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് കൊടുക്കാൻ പറയണം...ഈ അവസ്ഥ നമുക്ക് ഏത് മേഖലയിൽ പോയാലും അഭമാനo മാത്രമേ കൊണ്ടുവരൂ.. ഇത് കൊണ്ട് നോർമൽ ലൈഫ് വളരെ പ്രയാസമാണ്.. ഞാൻ ഒരുപാട് നാളായി ഇത് അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു..

Salute you.. I have co workers who have autistic spectrum but they got good training and now they are able to take care themselves. Past two years I have seen lots of differences and improvements in them. They are living normal life bz of the training they got.Find a good training institute and follow them. Good luck

I really appreciate your courage to put out such a channel in spite of the hardships you face everyday in your life.This will give insight,hope and peace of mind to hundreds of moms who go through this stage. You are a very strong lady! A small suggestion... please blur your daughter’s face if you are showing her in her most helpless moments.I know you did it for awareness but there are lots of sick people out there who would use it for other purposes.
