This is a documentary produced by Nayeli Esquilin and Bradley Lockett about Saha, one of the only Palestinian food eateries in San Antonio, Texas. This story explores the pop-up eatery's creation and the Creator, Moureen Kaki, who is using her platform to inform the San Antonio community about Palestinian cuisine.​
In more recent events, Kaki has visited Gaza and dedicated a majority of Saha proceeds to mutual aid funds benefiting those living in the occupied region.​
