🔠 "simple comforts"... (I'm not going to attempt the Danish word) for me is coming home on a Friday with a good glass of wine and watching your color along and chats! 😆

That's the perfect description of hygge ;) I would switch the wine for chocolate milk or tea though :P

I used the prismacolor Pale Sage in place of the Derwent pale cedar in case that helps anyone who might not have the Derwent pencils

I just heard you say you hated your accent! Your English is fantastic. I have been wondering why you speak such good English. Surely this isn't the same for everyone in Norway? (Oh, I think you are in Norway, or perhaps Sweden?! Sorry I have forgotten.). Your vocabulary is very broad and wide ranging. You have less of an accent than someone from Liverpool in the North of England! You should be really proud that you can speak such fluent English.

Your compliment means so much to me. Thank you! I'm from Denmark and I'm far from one of the best english speakes here. 80% of us are fluent in english. Most of my class has always been better than me, which is why I'm so selfconcious about it, I think. But thank you! I appreciate it so so much!

I struggle to think how they could be better than you! You could come here and live here with no trouble at all. You might struggle with the Scottish, Irish and Welsh accents for a while, and some of those around Yorkshire and Lancashire, but I'm sure you would be more than happy in the rest of the UK. I'm embarrassed to hear how well Scandinavian countries speak English. We are taught nothing of any significance where languages are concerned and now, with Brexit making us look like the foolish idiots of Europe, I fear people will start to resent the work they have put into learning the language. Sorry I forgot you are in Denmark. I should have remembered.
