Just to let you know. Meteor coming from Fire, Cold and Lightning boost protocal have different delay. Cold meteor being the slowest, fire is faster, and lightning is almost instant. So basically you can still one hit mob with Lightning boost protocol and hoping (50% chance) for the meteor to hit on the first hit as well. The built is much cheaper, but still can one hit (with 50% chance)

Just want to add, +15 armors are necessary for Sage to use that additional SP for Magic set if you really want maximum damage output. Also, invest on mdmge% and pve dmge bonus.

You can try, it doesn't work. I think it is cause megaton bash only triggers on the first bolt cast. The yellow total dmg you see is a total of the 3 bolts. If your first bolt is already more than 70% of raydric hp, the second and third bolt will almost certainly kill raydric anyway. So if you do the math, there is no point putting on megaton bash.
