Can you use metallic and lutie together?

you're missing out on 2 things by not taking hip shaker/unchained serenade. 1st, extra dps is dps. 2nd, you need it to generate fantasy notes which will add 25% pdmg and healing at max stacks but you're probably using lutie for this. Manually performing unchained serenade and lutie will be annoying as well.
