okay, this is a graph speed cutter. namely grinding wheels to cut and carve wood, plastic/acrylic/pvc and even aerated concrete. In Indonesia, light brick and GRC can be exemplified.
Here Graff introduces a new design for his speed cutter, which is claimed to be safe for cutting wood using a grinder. In Indonesia there are many speedcutters like this circulating, the title says the brand is Graff, but in the photo the item is not the Graff brand, so if you want to buy make sure to chat with the seller, is it the original Graff brand or not
The product we get is 115mm or 4.5 inch in diameter. if you need a bigger one, there is also a 5 inch size. adjust to your needs. unfortunately there is no 4 inch size, so it can't be installed on a small grinding machine like this.
Now for the test later, I will install this speed cutter on the Hitachi 5 Inch grinding machine. The maximum RPM of this Graff speed cutter is 13,200, while the grinder that I will use later has a speed of 11 thousand rpm, so it's still safe.
okay, next, we test to cut aerated concrete or light brick. I have outlined here, we cut around, because the knife is not this deep, yes, the thickness of this lightweight brick is about 12cm so later there will still be concrete left in the middle after we cut it, we just beat it with wood and the result is like this.
Well, in addition to cutting light bricks, because the grinding wheel of this Graff speedcutter can be used for aggressive carving, you can also make ditches to plant water pipes or electricity pipes like this. even here, we directly demonstrate how to make pipe branching inside the wall very easily.
Then how about making wood chips? If you can only carve light bricks, let alone carve rough wood materials, friends, it's definitely possible and fast. but because the speed of the speed cutter is very aggressive, the results are a bit rough, so you need to finish using a few grits of sandpaper so that the results can be as expected.

The circular cutter head is made of hard alloy and firmly fixed on the group by silver welding, and then polished to a sharp edge in all directions.
Tungsten carbide ensures safe drive operation, creating the optimum radial impedance allowed at high speeds.

mesti dibeliin dudukan gerinda tuh, gerinda tangan berubah jadi gerinda meja, sy bikin sendiri utk dudukan gerinda, jadi kayak circular saw, motong multiplek panjang ada guide nya, jadi lurus

Lubang arbornya ukuran btapa bang ?
Lebih bagus handle samping gerinda dipasang grip bisa lebih stabil, di indo saya lihat tukang2 jarang pakai handle samping padahal ada di paket pembelian gerinda tidak jarang juga cover pelindung mata gerinda tidak dipakai.

Berapakah diameter lubang nya apakah bisa kira kira di pakai di mesin circular saw kecil, sepertinya kecepatan potong nya lebih agresif( cepaat) asik jugak

bang aku punya mata potong yg sama kayak gitu yg ukuranya 125 mm atau 5 inci tapi aku pakai memotong kayu papan kok keluar asap ya heran aku
