I might start listening again soon if it decides it needs more sensible Right Wing presenters. It flipped a lot to the Left when GB News launched in June 2021. Now that Talk TV has gone back to DAB radio only LBC appears to have flipped back. Happy days 😃

Sorry, She can’t come back. She asked very tough questions to an Israeli spokesperson and that was the last time she was on LBC. Questing Israeli is professional suicide for journalists, politicians or any public figure and she did just that. She is a brave woman and ethical journalist.

Despite having virtually all the press against him he swung his vote against the Tories. Remember Priti Patel got rid of the two stage election, hoping this would weaken him.

I stopped listening to LBC when they cancelled Nigel Farage and Majid Nawaaz. I might start listening again soon if it decides it needs more sensible Right Wing presenters. It flipped a lot to the Left when GB News launched in June 2021. Now that Talk TV has gone back to DAB radio only LBC appears to have flipped back. Happy days 😃

What is it about this Sangita situation that makes us all so frustrated. For me it’s the, “nothing to see here” gaslighting of the whole thing. This station has attracted critical thinkers and then expects us to just accept this as sold. Or they don’t care, and are looking to change their listening demographic.

Agreed; something feels "off" about the whole business. James O'B was doing stunning work on his show of May 2nd with Yusuf from Leicester at 11:50am - there's a clock in the youtube video of it - in deflecting, making what sounds like *very* carefully worded statements, and, in my honestly held opinion (hi there, libel lawyers!), flat-out lying.

A majority of 200,000 ? That's just a bit more than the petition asking that Sangita returns

Very interesting how he wins by 200,000 and the first third term ever, yet all the media constantly claim is he is unpopular. Let's be honest he has had a huge manufactured outrage against him. With both bots and mostly people who don't live in London claiming he is horrible for a city they never go to and more importantly forgets budget is set by Westminster.

Is this from a different dimesion? One in which Sadiq Khan didn't just win an historic third term. One in which the Tories aren't political pariahs. One in which Vanessa Feltz is a respected journalist.

Khan told the committee rejecting the development to reverse their decision, which doesn’t mean it’s automatically granted & will proceed to breaking ground. Khan then listened to protests from the local community, who loathed the project & then agreed with the original decision of the committee. So, nothing I wrote was wrong, just sourer grapes from a capitalist developer, who didn’t listen to the local community & didn’t make the money he wanted!

She can’t come back. She asked very tough questions to an Israeli spokesperson and that was the last time she was on LBC. Questing Israeli is professional suicide for journalists, politicians or any public figure and she did just that. She is a brave woman and ethical journalist.
